Laminated copy of a photograph showing the cemetery of St. Paul's Church, Chester, in 1952 as graves were removed for relocation. The city bought the land and the empty church, which it demolished. The Congregation had built a new church.
On the reverse side is another photograph, this one of "Project Bethel Court's" park dedicated to local resident Ethel Waters.
